If you are on repeat medications, you can request your medication in the following ways:

• Order online
• Tick the medication(s) you require only, from the list attached to the prescription form –then post it or bring it in to the surgery

We cannot accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.

The phone line for prescription queries is open between 11:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00.

This service is for queries only not to order prescriptions.

Please allow 3 working days for us to process your request after which your prescription will be sent to your nominated pharmacy for dispensing to await your collection. Alternatively, a stamped addressed envelope can be included with your request and the prescription will be sent to you.

Collecting Prescriptions from the Surgery

As we are extremely busy in the mornings, we ask that collection of prescriptions from the surgery is confined to afternoons after 14:30, thereby avoiding unnecessary queuing at reception.
